Welcome to DONE-RITE DISTRIBUTION CORP. We're dedicated to ensuring your cargo reaches its destination safely and efficiently. By engaging our services, you'll be agreeing to the stipulations outlined below. These terms govern the relationship between our team at 2 Dogwood Lane and your organization.

1. Service Engagement

How do we ensure the highest standards? By maintaining a strict protocol for cargo acceptance and transit documentation. All shipping instructions must be submitted in writing via our secure portal or official email channels. We don't process verbal amendments to active freight orders to prevent transit discrepancies.

2. Warehousing & Storage

Looking for long-term storage? Our warehousing facilities in NH are governed by specific bailment laws. Cargo left unclaimed for over 90 days may be subject to lien or disposal to cover outstanding logistics costs. We believe in clear communication—you'll receive multiple notices before any such action is initiated.

3. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are Net 15 from the date of invoice unless otherwise negotiated in your master service agreement. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month. Why is this necessary? It ensures we can maintain our vehicle fleet and pay our specialized drivers promptly to keep your supply chain moving.

Note: Force Majeure events, including but not limited to acts of God, civil unrest, or global pandemics, may suspend certain performance obligations without penalty.
